Or you can set up an NT4 or Win2k Server and install IIS4 or IIS5 - They're
free, and IIS5 is included on the Win2k CD - and you'll be off and running in
minutes. Then, set up Front Page Extensions on the server and use the Mac
version of Front Page to keep it fed.

Alternately, if you also need an email server, check out the Small Business
Server package, based on NT 4.5. It also includes SQL Server, Exchange email
server, and plenty of automated tools (SMS 2.0) to guide you through the
installation step by step. Oh, and Yes, Small Business Server has Services For
Macintosh (SFM), so you can use it as a high performance Mac file server.

Punch up <http://www.pricewatch.com> and shop around for an inexpensive copy
    of Microsoft OS software...

            Cheers!
            Dan
