[WinMac] how to list all user/group-rights?

How can I get an overview of the user & group rights (I don't know if this
is the right English term, I only know the Dutch one) for all the folders
on my Appleshare server version 4.02? I can ofcourse look at all the
folders one by one and write it down, but that would be to much work.

I'm asking this because the files from this server need to be transferred
to another server, in another folder structure with other user & group
names (so just simple copying is not possible). But all the users (with
their new username) must still be able to access their files after the
transfer.
