i believe that the Santorini Server Manager gives you access to this
information. It used to come "free" with some book on managing
AppleShare servers. There's more info at:

Hrm. Too bad that nobody has hacked MacPerl to give it access to the
Users/Groups info. (The NT version has this, so you can build your
own tools.)
