That's right! Great piece of software, this Outlook Client for Macintosh,
Exchange Server edition.

I can't speak to Journal, Contacts, and all that spiffy stuff since I never
use it, but...

You could view your calendar (daily or weekly only) in the more traditional
appearance by using Outlook Web Access, however I have noticed a problem
with this as well, which exists on both Mac and PC:

When I created a meeting for 11:00 AM using Outlook 98 on my PC, it then
showed up as being a meeting at 4:00 PM when I went in through Outlook Web
Access, on either Mac or PC.

Yes, all computers are in the same time zone. I sent Microsoft a bug report
on this one, maybe sending more bug reports about the lack of scheduling in
Outlook for Mac will get them to incorporate this functionality...

If you are serious about Mac users accessing the Exchange calendar, try the
Web Access route and see if you have the same problem I did. If you don't
I'd recommend that route; but if you do have problems then I'd recommend
using Meeting Maker or something similar.
