There's a better way to do it actually, that will very reliably copy
EVERYTHING, even "Magic Numbers", autorun files, etc.
In Toast (Mac), go to the "Format" Menu. Choose "SCSI Copy". Then click
on "Data..." and pick your CD-ROM that the disk you want to copy is in.
Then, go to the file menu, and choose "Save as Disk Image...". Then save
the disk somewhere. Then you can make as many copies as you like, of that
image, and they'll all be the same...
