Also, on the PC side, Adaptec's Easy CD Creator Deluxe (I'm not sure about
the normal version) includes a disk copying application, just for copying
disks. It has worked on all the cds I've thrown at it, including Mac/iso
hybrid CDs. It works in a way similar to Toast's SCSI copy feature.
