Thanks for the note. The problem with putting the mail back on the
server is that the .PST files are far larger than the maximum amount of
mail storage allowed by the Exchange administrator. That's why I was
hoping/praying for a converter of some sort. I had no idea about the
calendar format being different. Forgive the stupid question, but what
problems might arise from that fact?

I believe the README file that comes with the Mac Outlook client states
that the .PST files can't be read by the Mac client. One workaround
might be to use the PC client to file the mail on the Exchange server;
then the Mac client can also access this mail.
I assume you're also aware that the Mac client uses a different calendar
format than the default choice for the PC client.
