No AppleTalk zones on the LAN if Cisco switches and hubs are in use. No
AppleTalk across the WAN if Cisco routers are used. TCP/IP becomes the
protocol. Many have made this transition already.

Lots of organizations use AppleTalk for printing only anyway (including
Apple).
