How do I shut down my NT server when the machine is running on UPS battery
power? I have 2 Compaq Proliant 5500 servers running NT4 SP6, one with File
Services for Macintosh and the other one with Exchange 5.5. Is there a
script to run from the command line to stop these services and then shut
down the servers?
