    The computers will see each because they are using Appletalk for that
    communication. They will use TCP/IP to print to the 4100N. You might use
    the Aiport Admin Utility to see if it's setup to act as a DHCP server. I
    don't know your particular network setup, but I had to turn the DHCP option
    off so that the printer could be seen over Airport. I was using a separate
    DNS server for the whole network.
