I've seen problems in the past with Win95 clients seeing NT print queue.
It might to do with the length of the queue name. I don't think it's
anything to do with capturing the AppleTalk. We had a HP 755 years ago
and now have a HP 2500. However, all of our desktop computers are
either WinNT or Macs. Only a few laptops with Win95 or 98 on them. We
found that if you know the exact name of the print queue you can enter
it yourself and it will work fine even though you can't see it when
    browsing the network.
