I'd like to add a "me, too" to Mike's note and urge you to upgrade to 2.5 before giving up on Dave. I'm using it under OS 9 to connect to Windows 98 and NT and also from (using Dave Sharing). No crashes and it feels a lot more solid than 2.0 did. I felt 2.0 was flaky enough that I only loaded the extensions when I needed it, while now I have 2.5 running all the time.

This doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen most of the time. I'm using an older version of Dave (2.0, I think), and I have the problem on a Mac with OS 8.1 and another with OS 9. The network is running on NT. Any ideas?
