I have installed Dave 2.5, and yes previous versions have always made my
system unstable, but with 8.6 it has worked so far, and no crashes that I
can attribute to Dave. Also there is supposed to be a patch for 2.5 due out
today....as of this afternoon it wasn't on their site.
