        Hi, Tom!

        Try stopping and restarting the Print Spooler for Macintosh: It's in the
"Services" Control Panel. If that doesn't work, try stopping both the Print
Spooler for Macintosh .AND. the Spooler services. Then, just restart the
Mac spooler service first - This will first restart the Spooler service.
