Tom,

Do you have the NT Server set to capture this printer's port? If so,
turn it off and then see if you can see the actual printer (not the
printer's NT queue) in your Chooser or using something like Inter•Poll
or Apple Printer Utility. If it doesn't show up the network card on the
printer may be dead. If you have Apple Printer Utility (it's free) you
should be able to communicate directly with the printer and change many
settings, including it's name. Check to see that someone else with APU
didn't change it's name to something else. If it's capable of IP
printing assign it an IP number and then try to ping it. Since your Tek
Phaser 780 is printing fine via Appletalk through the server I don't
suspect any problems on the server side or Appletalk routing. Lastly,
hook it up directly to your Mac and see if it's visible in the Chooser.
