        Dear Victor,

Actually, this is quite easy! Yes, NT print spoolers can easily handle the
output from LaserWriter 8.5.1... And 8.6. But, you'll also want to download
the AdobePS (v8.5.1) Chooser Extension (print driver) in case anything arises.

Also, when you double-click on WP.EXE, an NTVDM (NT Virtual DOS Machine)
session opens, then quits. Start an MS-DOS session (Start -> Programs ->
Command Prompt), then change directories to the directory that has WP.EXE
in it. NOW type in WP.EXE and watch what happens!

By the way, if you have access to RegEdit, change from "no" to "yes"
 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet003\Control\WOW\DefaultSeparateVDM
This will force NT to run each 16 bit process in a separate memory space
(like it does with 32 bit Ring 3 process' & applications). This way, if
WP.EXE goes haywire and crashes, then other 16 bit apps that are running
will be protected because each 16 bit WOW (Windows on WindowsNT) process is
also separate.

        Hope this helps!
        Dan
