We seem to have a problem with transfering MS Word files from Macs to PCs and back. The documents open up, but the fonts and stuff are screwed up. Is there a universal font that both win and mac users can use that will stop this?

Just make sure you are using the same font on both sides!=20
TrueType fonts are the standard for both MacOS and Windows, so that's=20
usually going to be your best bet. However, if have Adobe Type=20
Manager on both, then go with Type 1.

Anyone else seen this: when I try to start up my Mac Outlook client, which
has worked flawlessly [well, almost] until this morning, I get a message
that:
There are insufficient system resources to start up the Outlook client. If
this problem persists, please see your system administrator.
No amount of Mac diagnostics seems to solve this problem, and my NT-centric
SysAdmin [that is not a criticism] is unfamiliar with this problem.
Any help would be most appreciated.
TIA!

Not to be too simplistic, but have you checked the memory allocation and
availability? Did you install the 8.2 upgrade and not re-allocate
additional memory or something like that? Could Virtual Memory (or
RamDoubler) have been turned off?
I'm not hands on enough with the Outlook environment to help further but
I do want to install 8.2 at our church shortly.
