[WinMac] [Semi-urgent]Lost Ability to Start Up Mac Outlook Client

Anyone else seen this: when I try to start up my Mac Outlook client, which has worked flawlessly [well, almost] until this morning, I get a message that:
There are insufficient system resources to start up the Outlook client. If
No amount of Mac diagnostics seems to solve this problem, and my NT-centric
Any help would be most appreciated.
