I never said it wasn't a good idea, but not the sole reason for hiring
someone. The way Dan posted it, that's how it read. And that's just
ridiculous.

However, there is no doubt that these things should be hammered into
every designer out there. Trust me, I've been on both ends of that
prickly situation.
