Did you have a clean reboot, or did it go down dirty?

When we have an ugly shutdown, we often lose our Mac volumes, and it can take
quite a while for NT to rebuild them (our volumes are huge). Sometimes, all
you have to do is wait. However, if there's no disk activity, then NT isn't
doing the rebuild. In this case, I've used File Manager to delete and recreate
the volumes.

Check your Event Viewer (Start->Programs->Administrative Tools->Event Viewer)
and see if there are any messages about your Mac Volumes, i.e. "Could not
locate desktop database, setting defaults." If you see this, but your volumes
aren't coming up after a while, I'd rebuild them.

Now, if your server isn't appearing in the Mac Chooser at all, then that's a
different problem. We had something like that happen today, where the server's
NIC locked up and required a hardware reset. Ugh.
