Actually, due to the bizarre way the Print Setup dialogs work, this
really wasn't two boxes open together, it was one open in Excel and one
open in the print driver (or Finder, whatever), so it doesn't work the
way you mentioned, Dan. It did work for me, bringing up the extra box
allowing me to save the default.

How often do you actually have multiple boxes open? I can't think of many
places.

This probably only works in the Finder or programs that mimic its
functionality. I'm afraid Office98 generally doesn't behave like a good
Mac program, M$ always makes its own concepts and uses them instead of
standard Mac behaviors. Jean-Denis was definitely right, but you probably
are too, just in different circumstances.
