        PageMaker comes first to mind, especially with 3rd party print drivers.
Also, in PageMaker *in general* (which I still use on the Mac) the Dialog
box behavior is as I described.

        [I just moved last week; and I haven't set up either the LAN nor the
840AV/Video Vision Telecast in my new home yet...]
