Hello!

I have an ALpha 4/266 running WinNT 4.0 sp3, providing file services for
about 30 Macintosh clients. I have implemented a drop box setup when
people can drop files into someone else's folder, but not see the contents.
This works fine, except that sometime, the files that get dropped in do not
change permissions.

What I'm looking for is a utility that will roll through and reapply
permissons to a given directory and all files within. Something like this :

        utility.exe some_dir /r/f/d

        /r = recursion
/f = apply permissons to files
/d = apple permissons to directories

It would get the permisson mask to use from the some_dir command.

Alternatively, what are other people doing like this? I read the thread
last week on Drop Boxes and I have the same permissions as was discussed
there. I'll summarize any and all responses!

Thanks!

Michael
