Go get the book 'Essential Widows NT System Administration' from
O'Rielly. There's a discussion of doing exactly that in there somewhere,
I remember reading it.

I picked up a copy this last weekend, I recommend it heartily,
especially for anyone coming to WinNT from a Unix sysadmin background.
Very useful. There are a ton of perl scripts they mention on doing
mundane sysadmin tasks.

(like adding new users, like adduser does on a Unix box...not only add
the account, but the home directory, their groups, etc etc. Wish I'd
seen this book _before_ we added the 300 accounts to the new
servers...:-(

Very worthwhile investment!
