[WinMac] MacTCP , DHCP and Proxy

Anybody out there have any experience setting up older Macs (Sys
7.1P) to run on a network using DHCP and gaining Internet access
through MS Proxy 2.0

I am having troubles getting them to get a valid IP address and
making it to through the Proxy server. Any tips would be appreciated.
