A while ago, one of our engineers pointed me to www.ntinternals.com,
which is now www.sysinternals.com. Not so much administration as
debugging tools (like file monitors, registry monitors, etc.) Still,
it has some cool utilities and information.

Security Explorer is a utility for managing NT permissions on NTFS
drives. Hrm, says here that you can "export permissions to a
database for further analysis and reporting."

http://www.smallwonders.com/

Kinda pricey, at $349 for 1 server. But the demo's free, and it
seemed pretty cool.
