[WinMac] Cross-platform "euro" character support

        Good morning!

        As we prepare for the "euro" currency usage, here are two pages you should
look at & bookmark for help on managing the transition:

        It is worth noting that for Windows there are different keying sequences
for European and U.S. versions, because in the U.S it is assumed that the
left and right "Alt" keys are identical; while elsewhere the left and right
Alt keys are different. As for our friends in Canada & Mexico, I don't
know... Anybody?
