[WinMac] ENOUGH ALREADY! -- list guidelines reminders

Hi everyone,

Debating the respective merits of the Windows and Mac
platforms isn't the purpose of this list. Let's stop. In addition,
all of a sudden, I've had to pay much more attention to running this
list than previously, which jeopardizes the existence of the list,
and at the very least, we're considering moving back to a moderated
list. So a couple of reminders:

1. Civility is key. Flames and bashing are out.

2. As someone who just unsubscribed put it, "... I just do not have
the time to wade through all the other material, and the petty
bickering about which OS is better. I MUST use both in my work, and
my personal preference about which one is better is a moot point." So
no more debates about the respective merits of the Windows and Mac
platforms. This is a list devoted to Win-Mac *cooperation*.

3. Please make sure that your messages include more new text than quoted text.

4. For those who receive the digest, please try to remember to change
the subject header from "Re: WinMac Digest #" to something meaningful
when you respond to a message.
