also consider how often each platform actually _needs_ tech support! In my
many years of computer support, can only remember having to call/contact
Apple support twice...
In the past few months I've spent lots 'o hours on hold in the G******
phone maze. Don't have to wait as long to get response from D***, but their
'solutions' don't work and the techs admit they haven't received much
training. On a positive note - we've recently purchased several Micron NT
boxes and their tech support folks are knowledgeable and available.
