The difference between the first and last paragraphs was that SFM is _not_
running in the second case.

If you have SFM running, then you go to chooser and mount the Mac volumes just
as with an AS server.

If you _don't_ have SFM running, your options are limited to either running
DAVE (making the Mac use WinNT networking), PC Maclan (making the PC run
Appletalk) or using FTP, and stuffing everything.
