I'm not sure what you mean here.

With VPC, the emulated PC has access to the ethernet and you configure it just
as you would a standalone PC -- for example, control panels, network,
protocols, tcp/ip, properties . . .

So, the two Macs can connect just as any two Macs might connect, and the two
"PC"s can connect just as any two PCs might connect.

I have VPC 2.0 running on a G3/300 with a dual boot to Win95 and WinNT. Under
NT, I have the client based server manager tools as well as the Novell
Client32 and the Novell server manager tools. I can manage both the NT servers
and the Novell servers from my Mac through VPC.

Beyond that sort of thing, I'm not sure what you are asking.
