I know this was posted a while ago but I'd thought I share this anyway.
What you can do instead is to copy your Macintosh mailboxes over to the PC,
changing to the .mbx extension. Then open up the file using Microsoft Word.
This will change all the carriage returns to what you want. Save the file
as a text file, rename the extention back to .mbx and presto you now have a
fully usable mailbox for Eudora for Windows..
