Hrm. i think you'll need something like FWB's Hard Disk Toolkit, at
least the Personal Edition. (http://www.fwb.com/)

i used HDT-PE with this ancient Seagate 2GB that once was in an old
Solbourne (multi-processor Sparc before Sun made 'em), and it works
beautifully.

i think Apple's Drive Setup will only work with the drives you buy
from Apple, or maybe some other ones, if you hack the heck out of it.

Better to get HDT. It's going for $60 these days. Kind of a bummer
that you can't just plug and play, but hey, cheaper than buying a
_real_ Apple hard drive. (Wait, i don't think Apple is in the HD
business anymore. :)
