What model? I've used a couple of 3391NS for a while. They're OK, but run
a hot. I'd avoid putting them in a cabinet unless it's very well
ventilated.

As to your PM 6500. The internal disk on a PM6500 is an IDE drive. Can't
substitue a SCSI drive AFAIK. I've never removed the one from the 6500 at
home, but have had a 3391NS attached as an external via the SCSI port. I
obviously needed an external case for mounting. I think I used FWB's Hard
Disk Toolkit for formatting although Disk SetUp might work these days.
