Yes it is.

No problems. For PPP access, be sure to 'Allow any authentication
including clear text' in the Encryption Settings. Here's how to get
there.....

Settings
 Control Panels
  Network
   Services
    Remote Access Service
     Properties
      Network
       Encryption Settings
        Allow any authentication including clear text

As you can see by the above path, it's not always easy or intuitive to
get things set up. Once you figure it out, it works well.
