Right you are. We use version 3.11. Here is what Novell says:

"In our continued effort to improve the quality and efficiency of
technical support, Novell will be making some changes
that allow us to dedicate additional resources to supporting the
most current Novell products. As of January 31, 1999, incident
based support for NetWare 3.11 will be discontinued. "

There was no such specific reference to 3.12. The only current
information on the novell3 page was how to upgrade from 3.11 and
3.12 to 3.2. It does look like 3.12 is also on the way out to me.
