Have you tried asking Quark to sell you all the copies of 4.0, and
giving you registration numbers for 3.32 so you can continue to work
while you get your software upgraded? It's a win-win that many
companies (e.g., Microsoft) has done for us. Quark gets to sell
additional copies of 4.0. You get to keep working while your software
is upgraded. You can load the software from your existing disks, so
they don't need to actually ship you any of the old product.
