[WinMac] trashing a mac server and adding to another on our NT network

Hi,

We have a server that we need to disable. Its a 5260/100 with appleshare 3.0
on it (i know that its not supported, thats why i'm disabling it). This server
serves one of the two school's on our campus (our Jr. High), I need to move
all the users, documents, etc... from that "server" to our 7250/120 which is
managing our high school. It will then manage a total of around 150 Mac
computers between both buildings (which are connected by fiber.) The 7250
server is running appleshare 4.2.1. What I need to do is take all our At Ease
(we have at ease 5.0, ANAT 3.0) user lists and user groups and transfer them
from the 5260 to the 7250. How can this be done most easily and effectively? I
also need to transfer the "documents" folder as this contains the Jr. High
users saved work. Is there a proper procedure for this? What else do I need to
be aware of so that this transfer of files, databases, users, etc... occurs
smoothly? I can't afford to mess this one up!

We also have an NT server, but, I don't think it will play a role in this
change, right?
