Well it's running in our office with absolutely no hitch. One preference
to change to do Appleshare IP, make sure you have an Appleshare client new
enough to support Appleshare over IP (I think it's 3.7 or later but I'm not
sure, it's included with 8.1 at the least), and you're good to go.

It seems to me that with 5 PCs and many more Macs that administering a Mac
server may be easier based on the skill set of the people at the firm of
the original poster. If they have an NT person, then NT might not be a bad
choice.
