No, unless they have virtual PC or a PC emulation card. Are you sure he
wasn't referring to have them all on the NT network with Services for
Macintosh turned on?

I even tried loading NT on a Mac (it WILL run on certain PowerPC
environments) but part of the Mac OS is in ROM, meaning that there is no
way of fooling NT into thinking it's one of the poewrpc platforms on the
Hardware Compatibility List (HCL), unless you're using emulation such as
Virtual PC or a card...
