Well, I have no complaints with the Dell OptiPlex GX1 sitting under
my desk, and it's the standard choice for high-end workstation at Adobe -
for whatever that's worth ;).
I also have a Gateway Solo laptop that I LOVE! I've never used
their desktops, but their laptops have always gotten top marks from
reviewers. And my favorite feature is that they are the only ones that I
know of with a COMBINED floppy/CD expansion bay unit - so no switching when
I need both.
