Actually, just to add to the suggestions, I've found SIMS to be a very
good email server (More features that EIMS, and still free). It's from
the same people who put out communigate. I've got it installed with a
client, and it works flawlessly. I definitely liked it better than EIMS.

Actually, you're much more likely to want to set up a domain such as
"mail.njbiz.com" for the mail server in a setup like that. However, you
can only do that if you have a static IP (normally on Dedicated Internet
connections). If you have that, that'd be the way to go, and you can then
have the "MX Record" for your domain put in as mail.njbiz.com, and then
mail will come straight to you. Also, for remote dialing, a computer can
hook up to mail.njbiz.com as the incoming and outgoing mail server, and
receive mail (you'll probably want to think a little about having your
mail server send mail from outside of you're organization, otherwise your
mail server becomes open to attack and SPAM very easily).
