 You need to be sure to include the attached graphic with the Word
document. Asa default Word only creates a placeholder for the graphic.
You also need to UUencode the files before emailing them, this helps them
survive the trip across the 'Net.

 Information travelling as email is sent as 7-bit text (128 individual
characters). Most computer systems store text as 8-bit text (256
characters). To be compatible with all, your system must translate its
files before sending them.
