It's not either AppleVision or ColorSync, unfortnately. What you have to
do is open up the monitor (if you're brave), and next to the picture tube
near the back you'll find some adjustments there. *note -> if the
monitor's old and/or has seen a lot of use, you may never get it quite
back to normal...
