[WinMac] Printing from a MAC

I have a power book G3 and occasionally use on a primarily windows
network.

The protocols are IXP and TCP/IP.

The printers are networked and accessible to the windows machines.

Any suggestions at obtaining drivers for the printers installed on the
network would be appreciated.
