Hello,

Have you tried shrinkwrapping an image of the cd in question and then
burning the image? Also, in Toast 3.5.4 there is an option for mac - ISO
hybrid format. I would assume this would be used, but I have not made a
hybrid so Im not really sure on the procedure.
