Unfortunately, Adobe dropped support for Postscript faxing a couple of
years ago. If you can find a Postscript Fax Board somewhere, you'll have
to use an older version of the LaserWriter driver with the "f"
designation at the end of the name: i.e. LaserWriter 8f. The newer
LaserWriter drivers do not have this capability.

I never tried this on Windows, but it sure came in handy when I worked
for Apple's tech support department. I doubt if you can find the fax card
any more, and even if you could the older drivers will cause problems as
the OS evolves. File this one under the good idea that didn't take off
heading.
