Arg, that is really too bad. I don't think they did proper marketing for
it. You see, marketing in a User's Guide shouldn't really exist. After
all, who reads it!?!?!? I think if the software were good this could really
be great. We also do a good deal of tech support and send out a lot of
faxes for it. I'm trying to consolidate everything into one database where
we keep calls. If I could print directly from the database and have it fax,
that'd be just grand. Having it built into the printer would be all the
more consolidated!

Back to finding a good network fax solution that's cross-platform!
