Microsoft released a new version (service pack 1) of "Microsoft Outlook for
Macintosh, Exchange Server Edition." It is a joyous 27MB download and you
can get it from

ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/exchange/exchange-public/fixes/Eng/Exchg5.5/S
p1/Mac/

Of course it may not resolve your problems...
