You did that just to tick me off, didn't you? ;)

<rant>
Qualcomm's customer service STINKS. They have been "promising" this
much-ballyhooed cross-platform calendar/contact solution since (then) Now
Software published a reference to "Now XP" in the manual with the Windows
version of Up-to-Date in 1996! Unofficial sources at Qualcomm have told us
(after MUCH complaining on our part) that they now expect an August release
date for the final version of Planner for Mac. Of course they have been
pushing it back one month at a time for the last SIX...

The Windows version shipped about 8 weeks ago, but it was broken out of the
box. A feature I consider pivotal (the ability (as administrator) to set
default privacies for all events created by a single user) did not work.
After several phone calls they acknowledged this as an "issue" and promised
a fix. They delayed release of THAT until mid-July. In the meantime
Planner inexplicably ceased to function (despite repeated de-installs and
re-installs) and what passes for Tech Support at Qualcomm has been able to
do nothing but scratch their heads in my general direction. Turns out the
module that is failing was actually written by SyBase and no one at
Qualcomm seems to have any idea what it is or what it does and therefore
Qualcomm is unable to decipher the hex dump that the error message so
nicely provides. It has been 6 weeks since I was able to use Planner. I
don't even know if the "fix" they provided last month solved the problem I
mentioned!

Hence my request for alternatives. We are about to ask for our money back
(we bought a 300-user license).

</rant>

Sorry. I just don't want anyone else to make the same mistake we did.
